Chapter 15 of 19

15. Annex C: DACS Capability Levels (Informative)

DACS Capability Levels describe organizational adoption across a declared boundary. They are separate from control results, Gate readiness, and decision-scope conformance. The framework uses Levels 0-5. The DACS Capability Levels and Organizational Adoption Guide defines the level names, criteria, evidence expectations, progression, reassessment, and claims. This specification does not provide a competing level-definition table.

An organizational Capability Level does not change any applicable decision-scope requirement or establish conformance for an unevaluated scope.
